About Joanne
Welcome and please allow me to introduce myself, Joanne O'Connell, owner and founder of Executive Business
Cent$! After twenty-five years in the corporate world I have elected to partner with businesses
as a virtual assistant, accomplishing tasks remotely saving clients time and money.
My background has been interestingly diversified in the corporate sector and my knowledge and skills acquired
from personally owning two previous businesses are solid qualifications to work in a TEAM partnering
environment. Over the years, my administrative work experience has been in areas of the Federal Government,
General Motors, Universities, and Xerox. The expertise gained from employment at these previous positions,
then gave me the opportunity to enter into management positions for an Office Suite/Secretarial Service and a
Manufacturer's Representative Agency.
As a past and present business owner, I can assure you that I have the self-discipline, motivation, patience
and organizational abilities to collaborate with my clients and support the constant growth of their company
with my administrative support.
My journey into the VA world has been exciting, challenging and an extremely rewarding experience. I reside
in Houston, Texas with my husband of many years. Besides my enjoyment in assisting my clients, I receive much
happiness and satisfaction in reading, the art of creative decorating my home, gardening, travelling, but most
of all the cherished times with my family.
